· 2007 JT International Logistics (Shenzhen) Ltd. was formed at year end; granted with NVOCC licence and started to offer sea, air, land and multi-modal transportation services

· 2008 Beihai JT International Logistics Ltd. was formed which is a cooperation with the investment company of Beihai Management Committee offering shipping service between Beihai and Hong Kong
